    On Thursday, February 19, Les Roses restaurant at CASINO 2000 hosted an exceptional event: a “four-handed” dinner in collaboration with Morgane Soulier. This unique evening brought together artistic creation, artificial intelligence, and haute cuisine in an unprecedented immersive experience.

    Conference with Morgane SOULIER

    Morgane SOULIER, lecturer, artificial intelligence expert, creative director, and exhibited AI artist, offered a masterclass dedicated to the creative role of artificial intelligence.
    Through this presentation, she explored how AI can become a true tool for artistic expression, opening up new aesthetic and narrative territories. A contemporary and inspiring approach, at the crossroads of technology and artistic sensibility.

    An exhibition at the heart of the restaurant

    After the conference, guests were treated to a presentation of works by Morgane SOULIER, installed at the very heart of the restaurant. The creations interacted with the space, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in a visual and conceptual experience.
    This temporary exhibition transformed Les Roses into a meeting place for artistic innovation and gastronomic elegance.

    A dialogue between art and gastronomy

    The evening continued with an exclusive dinner designed as a true dialogue between art and gastronomy. Morgane SOULIER’s works were reinterpreted in the kitchen by Chef François JAGUT. Then, as a response, the artist created a work inspired by one of the restaurant’s signature desserts.
