Starting today, the Purple Lounge unveils its new menu. An evolution that remains true to the spirit of the place: generous, friendly, lively; but which brings more depth, contrasts and distinctive signatures.

New additions to kick off the evening
The evening can now begin with a Trio of Starters, three bite-sized dishes designed to whet the appetite and spark conversation.
The Japanese Karaage Chicken is crispy, golden and slightly spicy, perfect for sharing between drinks.

More assertive dishes
On the main course side, the menu has been expanded with more structured offerings.
The cod fillet with vadouvan, accompanied by spinach and saffron cream, focuses on delicate spices and real aromatic depth.
The salmon and prawns, served with homemade purée, salicornia and truffle brown sauce, play on generosity and the contrast between land and sea.
The veal tataki ‘Vitello Tonnato’ is all about finesse: melt-in-the-mouth veal, tuna, capers, Parmesan… an Italian classic revisited with a fresh twist, which fits naturally into the atmosphere of the Purple Lounge.
Meat lovers will not be disappointed: the Chicken Kebab Burger offers a fresher, more Mediterranean take on the burger, while the Texas Angus Beef Ribs are melt-in-the-mouth, caramelised and designed for uncompromising meat lovers.

A contrasting finale
The Crunchy Cup does not go unnoticed: chocolate mousse and cake, crunchy hazelnuts, vanilla cream. A dessert that plays on textures and prolongs the evening with indulgence.
