As part of the expansion of our business, we are looking for an F&B Manager to support our gourmet restaurant, Les Roses, which has been awarded a score of 15.5/20 by Gault & Millau and is run by a passionate and ambitious team.

Your role:
As a true ambassador for the customer experience, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service and the supervision of front-of-house teams.
You will ensure that a level of excellence in line with our establishment’s standards is maintained, whilst fostering a team culture based on professionalism, high standards and kindness.
In practical terms, you will…
Manage dining operations
- Organise, plan and supervise the smooth running of service
- Ensure operations run smoothly and resources are managed effectively
- Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, as well as internal procedures.
Lead and develop the team
- Lead, support and unite the front-of-house team on a day-to-day basis
- Provide training and support staff in developing their skills
- Foster a motivating and collaborative working environment
Ensure an excellent customer experience
- Ensure that the welcome and service provided meet the expectations of a high-end clientele
- Anticipate customers’ expectations and manage specific situations
Contribute to customer loyalty by building a relationship of trust
Contribute to the restaurant’s performance
- Ensure ongoing coordination with the kitchen and the establishment’s various departments
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service quality
The ideal candidate:
- Significant experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants
- Strong managerial skills
- Natural leadership and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to pass on expertise
- Organisational skills, attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in French is essential; German, Luxembourgish and English would be an advantage
