This April, the Purple Lounge is showcasing the Bizon Melon, a creation by Rémy that plays on freshness, vibrancy and slightly tangy notes. A cocktail designed to accompany the first milder days of spring and create a light, almost summery atmosphere over a drink.

The Bizon Melon: freshness, balance and fruity notes

The Bizon Melon is built on a base of Zubrowska vodka and melon liqueur, which bring both smoothness and character. Lime adds a burst of energy with its sharp acidity, quickly softened by a touch of brown sugar.

Fresh mint, crushed directly into the glass, adds a refreshing, herbal sensation, whilst the Raspberry & Rhubarb tonic prolongs the tasting experience with a slightly fruity and subtly tart note. A precise balance, where each ingredient finds its place without overpowering the others.
