On Wednesday 11 March and Thursday 12 March 2026, the CASINO 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains welcomed one of the most iconic French-speaking artists of his generation. Garou took to the stage to present his show ‘Garou solo’, offering the Luxembourg audience two intense evenings. The Quebec artist revisited more than 30 years of his career, alternating between new compositions and the great classics that have marked French-language music.
An intimate and deeply personal show
With his album “Un meilleur lendemain” (A Better Tomorrow), released in April 2025, Garou has reached a new artistic milestone. For the first time, the artist has established himself as a songwriter, delivering ten deeply personal songs.
On stage in Mondorf-les-Bains, these songs came into their own. Designed to be performed live, these new compositions brought a special intensity to the show, revealing a more introspective side of the artist.
In this new chapter of his career, Garou explores universal themes: lasting friendships, loneliness, love and the life paths that shape each and every one of us.

Alone on stage, but never truly alone
The concept of “Garou solo” is based on a powerful idea: an artist alone in front of his audience, surrounded only by his instruments and an immersive stage design.
Piano, guitar and sound technology allowed Garou to create a rich and dynamic musical universe, while maintaining a close connection with the audience. This minimalist formula highlighted the power of his voice and his talent as a performer.
Through this show, which was both cinematic and theatrical, the artist recounted his life as a musician: his beginnings, his tours, his memorable encounters and those moments of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the stage.

The great classics were there
Of course, the audience had also come to hear the tracks that have defined Garou’s career. Throughout the concert, the artist revisited several of his essential songs, sung along to in unison by a captivated audience.
Between memories, covers and new creations, the show offered a true musical journey through the different stages of his career, demonstrating once again the artist’s longevity and popularity.
