Your mission:
As a Slot Machine Technician, you will play a key role in the gaming experience offered to our customers.
Your role: to ensure the optimal functioning of the slot machine park and guarantee a reliable, secure and responsive service.
Specifically, you will:
Maintain the slot machines
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic or mechanical faults.
• Ensure the proper functioning and continuous availability of equipment.
Manage daily technical operations
• Commission machines.
• Carry out regulatory checks and compliance checks.
• Ensure the integrity and safety of technical operations.
Support teams and customers
• Assist gaming room teams in the event of technical incidents.
• Intervene with customers in the event of malfunctions, in an informative and professional manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience through your expertise.
Ensure order, safety and quality
• Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and legal standards.
• Report on interventions and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Participate in the optimisation of the machine park and the development of equipment.
• Contribute to a safe, pleasant and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate:
• Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Technical training (electrical, electronic, electromechanical or equivalent).
• Initial experience in technical maintenance, ideally in the gaming, entertainment or electronic equipment sector.
• Knowledge of computer network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable in a busy environment and able to remain calm in all circumstances.
• Rigorous, reliable and service-oriented.
• Ability to analyse, diagnose and respond quickly.

• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German, Luxembourgish or
