Through this new series, CASINO 2000 invites you to discover another side of its world: the talent and the many professions that contribute every day to the smooth operation of the venue.
Each episode offers a brief, authentic glimpse into the front lines, featuring spontaneous conversations, the work environment, and moments on the job. The goal is to highlight roles that are often overlooked, while celebrating the men and women who contribute to the visitor experience.
Episode 1: A Conversation with Philippe RICHARD
To kick off this new series, CASINO 2000 sits down with Philippe RICHARD, IT Systems Administrator.
Between managing infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and monitoring IT systems, he experiences firsthand the realities of a key role within the complex. His daily routine is driven by responsiveness, curiosity, and challenges.
He also talks about what he appreciates most about his job: the variety of his days, the technical challenges he faces, and the moments of camaraderie with his teams.
