In June, the Purple Lounge is showcasing the Lemon Caraïbes, a new creation devised by Didier, one of the bartenders at CASINO 2000. Fresh, tangy and summery, this tropical-inspired cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to early summer evenings in the elegant and friendly atmosphere of the Purple Lounge.

A refreshing cocktail with tropical influences

The Lemon Caraïbes combines the freshness of lime and mint with the rounder, sun-kissed notes of Negrita rum and Ramazzotti limoncello.

Rosport Vert adds a particularly refreshing sparkling touch, whilst the crushed ice enhances the cocktail’s thirst-quenching and sunny character. The balance between acidity, sweetness and freshness results in a light and approachable creation, designed to accompany those long June evenings.

A creation designed for summer

Served in a mojito glass and garnished with a sprig of fresh mint, the Lemon Caraïbes also charms with its simple, summery presentation, true to the spirit of the cocktail.
With this recipe, Didier offers a creation inspired by the flavours of the Caribbean and the world of beach cocktails, whilst retaining the elegant and refined identity of the Purple Lounge.

The must-attend cocktail event of early summer

Available until 14 June at the Purple Lounge, the Lemon Caraïbes is priced at €10. A perfect summer creation to enjoy after work, on a night out with friends, or whilst unwinding in a chic yet relaxed atmosphere.
