On Sunday, 27 September 2026, Remich hosted another edition of the Route du Vin, one of Luxembourg’s most iconic running events. Several CASINO 2000 teams took part in the 21 km, 10 km and 5 km races. Every runner crossed the finish line – a fantastic collective achievement marked by determination, team spirit and a friendly atmosphere.
A historic race through the vineyards
First held in 1962, the Route du Vin is the oldest road race in Luxembourg athletics. Every year, experienced athletes and amateur runners come together in Remich to race along the roads of Luxembourg’s Moselle region, surrounded by picturesque vineyards.
This year’s programme featured the 21 km half marathon, as well as 10 km and 5 km races.
CASINO 2000 represented across three distances
CASINO 2000 employees turned out in force to take part in the event. Five runners lined up for the half marathon, four took on the 10 km race and six competed in the 5 km event.
