Three Sommeliers United by a Shared Passion
For this special evening, Guillaume Grabisch, Head Sommelier at Les Roses, will be joined by two distinguished guests: Dominique Rizzi, President of the Luxembourg Sommeliers Association and Best Sommelier of Luxembourg 1992, and Francesco Di Nola, Best Sommelier of Luxembourg 2025.
Throughout the dinner, the three sommeliers will share their expertise, personal favourites and the fascinating stories behind the bottles specially selected for the occasion.

In the kitchen, Chef François Jagut will present a four-course menu inspired by the upcoming Les Roses menu. Each dish will be carefully crafted to complement the wines selected by the sommeliers, revealing surprising new pairings with every glass.
