Different events, the same high standards
Jazz, opera, dance, car exhibitions and charity galas: no two events are alike. This variety is one of the things Maxime enjoys most about his job. Every project brings a new adventure, with its own challenges and solutions to find.
Curiosity, resourcefulness and “positive stress”
For Maxime, curiosity and resourcefulness are essential qualities. He also connects these traits to his passion for activities that keep him moving. Whether at work or tackling a challenging trail, it is important to assess the situation, consider the available options and find a solution using the resources at hand. Because when the artist steps onto the stage, the show begins, and “Everything has to run smoothly.”
