The expertise of COOPER’S, the iconic bar at CASINO 2000, was recently featured on ELDORADIO. Mohamed ISMAIEL, renowned mixologist at COOPER’S at CASINO 2000, was invited to the ELDORADIO studios, accompanied by Cédric POTUT.
A mixologist recognised by the public and the profession
A key figure at COOPER’S, Mohamed ISMAIEL has established himself in recent years as a reference in the world of cocktails in Luxembourg.
Voted Best Bartender in the Audience Award at the LNA 2024, he confirmed his talent by taking 2nd place in the Best Bartender category at the 2025 edition.
This recognition reflects not only his technical mastery but also his creativity and sense of sharing.
Signature cocktails live on the radio
As a guest on ELDORADIO, he created two signature cocktails, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic, so that everyone could enjoy the experience: the Citrus Axes and the Virgin Citrus Axes.

In front of the presenters, he explained the inspiration behind these fresh and balanced cocktails before offering them for tasting live on air.

During the discussion, Mohamed also talked about COOPER’S new cocktail menu, designed as an invitation to discover both revisited classics and original creations.
