Before ushering in a new season, Restaurant Les Roses will close its doors for its traditional summer break.

The restaurant will welcome its last guests until the evening of Sunday, August 2, 2026, before closing from August 3 through September 3, 2026 (inclusive). Our team will be delighted to welcome you back from Friday, September 4, 2026.

Just a Few More Days to Enjoy Our Summer Menu

There are only a few days left to discover—or rediscover—the summer menu at Restaurant Les Roses.

Seasonal ingredients, refined cuisine and creative dishes: our summer menu will be available until the restaurant closes for its annual break. It is one last opportunity to savour the creations of our culinary team before the arrival of a new season.

The menu features dishes such as our Green Pea Tartlet, Dry-Aged Red Mullet from the Breton Coast, Roasted Skate Wing with Butter, Barbary Duck, and Beef Fillet Larded with Colonnata Lardo—a collection of seasonal creations celebrating the flavours of summer before making way for a new menu.

A New Menu This Autumn

The reopening of Restaurant Les Roses will also mark the launch of a brand-new menu, inspired by the finest seasonal ingredients and flavours of the months ahead. We look forward to unveiling it during August, offering you a first glimpse of the new culinary creations that will await you when we reopen.
