CASINO 2000 at the 5th Open Air Restaurant – Sunday, July 5, 2026
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, CASINO 2000 will take part in the 5th edition of the Open Air Restaurant, the largest gastronomic event in the Greater Region. Organised by the Municipality of Mondorf-les-Bains, this culinary celebration will bring together restaurants, winemakers, and guest chefs in a friendly atmosphere from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the Town Hall car park.
A Day Dedicated to Gastronomy
For this anniversary edition, 28 tasting chalets will welcome visitors, offering a wide variety of specialities prepared by participating restaurants and winemakers. Dishes will be available at prices ranging from €5 to €18, allowing everyone to create their own gourmet journey.
Throughout the day, several live cooking demonstrations will entertain visitors. Guests will have the opportunity to watch demonstrations by Peter Koerner and Victor Thill, Yvonne Fries, winner of The Taste Luxembourg 2023, accompanied by Léa Linster, as well as KimKevin De Dood and pastry chef Thomas Studer.
The programme will also feature live music, face painting, and balloon sculpting for the whole family.
Visit CASINO 2000 at Chalet 23
For this special occasion, CASINO 2000 will be welcoming visitors at Chalet 23, where it will showcase its Luxembourg-style Rossini Beef Fillet: a premium rump steak fillet topped with pan-seared foie gras and a delicate slice of truffle, served on toasted bread with clarified butter and accompanied by a Madeira sauce enriched with truffle butter. The dish will be available for €18.
