We are looking for a Maître d’Hôtel with a passion for fine dining, outstanding service and the art of hospitality to contribute to the continued success of our gourmet restaurant, Les Roses, awarded 15.5/20 by Gault & Millau. Les Roses combines ambitious cuisine with service that is refined, exacting and genuinely welcoming.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead each service with pace, efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Create a memorable fine-dining experience through elegant and attentive hospitality.
• Lead, motivate and unite the front-of-house team to ensure consistently high standards of service in a calm and professional environment.
• Share your expertise and support team members in their professional development.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a perfectly orchestrated guest experience.
• Showcase the menu and the world of Les Roses through your in-depth knowledge of the dishes and ingredients.
• Continuously enhance the dining-room experience by contributing ideas and taking initiative.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Maître d’Hôtel, Assistant Maître d’Hôtel or in a similar position, ideally within a fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent command of fine-dining service techniques and standards.
• Natural leadership skills, a strong team spirit and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of hospitality.
• Highly organised, responsive and exceptionally attentive to detail.
• Strong knowledge of gastronomy and a keen interest in ingredients, cuisine and wine.
• Fluency in French is essential; English, German or Luxembourgish would be a significant advantage.

Your role:

As a Gaming Floor Associate, you will be a true ambassador for the CASINO 2OOO experience.

Your role will be to welcome, engage and entertain our guests, while ensuring they receive outstanding service in a friendly and festive atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

Hosting gaming tables

• Ensure the smooth running of games in a professional manner.
• Create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere around the gaming tables.
• Assist and guide players, whether they are beginners or experienced.

Bringing energy to the gaming floors

• Host entertainment activities at the Stadium as well as various promotional games throughout the gaming areas.
• Support marketing activities organised on the gaming floors.
• Make PA announcements to create a lively atmosphere and keep guests informed.

Welcoming and assisting guests on the gaming floors

• Welcome visitors with courtesy and a smile.
• Assist guests with registration and the creation of their player card.
• Provide information and guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Ensuring guest comfort and well-being

• Be attentive to guests’ needs and expectations.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, pleasant and welcoming environment.

The profile we are looking for:

• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a strong sense of hospitality.
• Comfortable working in a lively environment and able to remain calm in all circumstances.
• Proficiency in several languages (French, German, Luxembourgish and/or English).
• Curious, open-minded and creative, with the ability to engage and capture guests’ attention.
• Accurate and reliable when handling gaming and service-related operations.
• Flexible and versatile.
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, customer service or guest relations is considered an asset; motivation and enthusiasm are essential.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s information security policy and strategy.
• Identify security risks and oversee prevention, detection and response measures.
• Lead security incident management as well as business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Embed security into IT projects and Cloud architectures.
• Raise cybersecurity awareness and train employees on security best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging threats, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for security audits and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Advise business teams and promote a strong security culture throughout the organisation.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, cybersecurity or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in security governance, risk analysis and ISO 27001 standards.
• Good knowledge of Cloud environments, application security and DevSecOps.
• Pragmatic mindset, strong leadership skills, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, OSCP or equivalent certifications would be an advantage.
